This is Lucy Gray from The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes
I made it entirely out of paper. It took hours to make.
The hardest part was the arms because I couldn’t figure out how to glue them on.
I glued two toothpicks together for both her legs. I colored tissue paper with markers for her dress.
My favorite part was her hair. Cutting the slits, then twisting them was fun and I think it looks great!
